Rules
By registering, you agree to follow the forum rules. The staff may edit or remove posts, and warn, suspend or ban accounts that break them. Posts express the views of their authors, not of Gaycels.org. We remove content that breaks the rules or the law, but we cannot check every post before it appears.
Who can join
Gaycels.org is for gay men aged 18 or older. Registrations are reviewed by the staff before the account is activated.
Your data, in short
- We store what you give us: username, email address, password (hashed, we cannot read it), your answers to the application questions, your profile, posts, private messages and uploads, and the IP addresses you use.
- Your email address, IP addresses and application answers are visible only to the staff. Your username, avatar, profile and posts are visible to people who can view the forum.
- By joining and answering the application questions, you tell us about your sexual orientation. We process this only with your explicit consent, given below.
- We only use the cookies the forum needs to work. No analytics, advertising or tracking.
- We keep your data while your account exists and for up to 1 year after it is deleted, only for moderation needs and possible legal requests.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: board@gaycels.org.
